Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours before the item(s) are processed for shipment.

Return Policy:

  • If you receive the wrong product, a damaged or defective item, a missing item, or if the product is not as described, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items, such as personal care products (including beauty items), are non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific product.

  • Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

 

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@chooasia.com.
